5. Consumer rights and cancellation
5.1 You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your Products, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
5.2 For a full refund, notify us in writing within this period and return the Products unopened and in resaleable condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Delivery

9.1 In addition to your cancellation rights, you may return any Products within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in original packaging.

9.3 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
9.4 Non-returnable items include custom orders, gift cards, and sale items.

10. Faulty or damaged products
10.1 If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
10.2 We may request photos of the damage.
10.3 For confirmed faulty items, we will arrange a return at no cost to you and issue a full refund or replacement.

11. Missing parcels
11.1 UK parcels are tracked but do not require a signature (unless requested).
11.2 If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 3 working days, please contact us.
11.3 After 15 working days, we will initiate claims with Royal Mail (or the appropriate carrier) for missing UK parcels.
11.4 For international parcels, the waiting period extends to 20 working days (Europe) and 25 working days (Worldwide).
